Response? Question #38890930
I raised a ticket Question #38890930 on the evening of 16.01.2011 regarding supposedly exceeding my usage allowance. I have not yet had a response. When I first log in to the Member Centre there is a banner at the top of the page that says "Our Support Team have responded to your question" but when I look on the Help Assistant page it still says "Awaiting Support Team answer". I am eager to view the response if a member of the Plusnet Team could help. Thanks.
