Response? Question #38890930

I raised a ticket Question #38890930 on the evening of 16.01.2011 regarding supposedly exceeding my usage allowance. I have not yet had a response. When I first log in to the Member Centre there is a banner at the top of the page that says "Our Support Team have responded to your question" but when I look on the Help Assistant page it still says "Awaiting Support Team answer". I am eager to view the response if a member of the Plusnet Team could help. Thanks.

Have a look in Closed Questions - they may have pressed the wrong button

Nope, still listed in open questions as awaiting answer, it's not in closed questions.

Hi Skank,
I'm not sure what happened here but I've checked the ticket and can see that you must have seen our response at 03:14 this morning as you replied at 07:36.
