Still getting billing emails after cancellation

I've left plusnet, and have paid my final bill. I have cancelled my direct debit but I am still getting pre-payment emails every month saying that I am due to pay.

I phoned the closure team and paid the penalties (cancelled DD) for late payment.

That was a nightmare - I was shuffled round to four different people / teams. finally thought is was finished.

 

Now happily living is s france!
