You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

My contract is coming to an end soon and when I log into the member centre I see this message

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.
 
I don't recall making any changes recently and it's been a long time since I've logged into the member centre, not sure what phone order could be in progress.
 
Could someone from the PN team please help?

Another one! @GrKPN3 - the system should have cleared this when your last change completed, but fails miserably. Try giving them a ring and asking them to manually update the system. Or you could wait until one of the Help Team spot this.

Hi @GrKPN3,

From what I can see there are a few call features which are stuck in an awaiting activation state so I've pushed these along for you and they should be active within the next 2 hours. Once they're active, that error should go away and you should be able to make a change to your account normally. Let me know if there are any issues.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
