Possibly, @Benjack , but on the very odd occasion I've had to involve OR - through my ISP - I have had no real issues. It possibly helps that they employ people who know how to 'cajole' OR into doing the job properly.

I asked before but are there any Open questions on your account that you could reply to?
Is there an Open Order showing on your account?
Is the leaseholder willing to sign an agreed wayleave? The results you posted show an overhead feed so externally potentially only one new entry point required. There is however normally an external box though in certain circumstances this can be indoors - see attached picture. This may depend on whether or not the engineer has one in their van.

On your Members page there may or not be Open Questions (and Closed ones). If you run the search I posted earlier you should find them.

This might help in your situation:- "between February 2026 and October 2026 Openreach is going to slightly relax this FTTP only rule to help get everyone migrated away from the old WLR (analogue PSTN) product and onto a SOGEA or SOTAP product."

I'm not sure this will necessarily help in this case - I believe this is intended to provide a phone line in cases where FTTP can't be provided in time. SOGEA can be used for digital voice (or VoIP) and can of course also provide broadband but SOTAP is a voice only connection. The similar ADSL based product for broadband is SoADSL which could technically be provided if the current service is ADSL, but Plusnet don't offer that or any phone products even if you have SOADSL.
So the OP's only option to stay with Plusnet if they have FTTC is to switch to SOGEA.

What you must appreciate is that Openreach's customer is Plusnet, not Plusnet's customers.
Consequently, any Openreach concessions apply to Plusnet, who are unlikely to take this one up, except in very exceptional circumstance.
Services offered by Plusnet are those programmed into the business system. Any variations invariably come up hard against the 'computer says no' barrier, regardless of any back door Openreach concessions that might be available..
