After transferring my service to a new property I seem to have lost my static ip, can a new one be assigned to my account somehow please? I need it for several self hosted services which is why I stayed with plusnet
Fixed! Go to the fix.

This does happen occasionally in a house move.
It just needs the broadband component 'refreshing' on your account and your existing static IP should be back.
Hopefully, one of the Plusnet staff will spot this thread and do the necessary. Failing that, you could call in and an agent 'ought' to be able to do it.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Heya @henrymaidment,
Happens a couple of times. I will pass this example along to our team if you reboot your router the static ip should now be applied
