Signing into plusnet

Can anybody give me any help with signing into my account? All I get when trying is that my username/email or password is incorrect. I can’t even change my password

I don't have a suggestion that helps

but I can tell you that the "Member Centre" portal login IS currently working, so there isn't a wider login problem, it's just you.

I was actually surprised that MY login worked, as I left Plusnet two years ago, but apparently I can still access my account.

@laraineq To sign into tour Member Centre, you just use your username - if that is for instance for you 'laraine' , then you put that in the top box, and your password is that you agreed with PN when you set up the account. NOTE: both are case sensitive.
