Been a customer of Plusnet for a good while now, and fortunately for me I have had not very many issues resulting in me having to contact Customer Services. I am grateful for this because every time I have HAD to contact them, the experience has been well below par. There has been a history of lies, mistruths, poor knowledge and general rudeness.
My latest escapade is no different.
