Name change - where to send paperwork?

Hi

I have changed name and need to reflect this on my account. Can anyone let me know where I can send the documentation (proof of name change) to in order to get my account updated?

I did try  to use the web chat but it said all agents are busy, then i held for 20minutes on the phone before giving up. It's a long time to wait to sort out what should be a simple query...
