Re: Router Return - Timescale

As I joined about a week ago it will be subject to charges.

Returned routers are found here

https://www.plus.net/member-centre/account

Returned routers

You can easily check the routers you've previously sent back to us.

See

Where it states

Why it’s important you return our router
Returning our router helps us to reuse any parts or dispose it in the most environmentally friendly way.We can also help you return it to us for free.

Joined us after 1 Feb 2024?
Don’t forget, our routers are provided on a loan basis, so it’s really important they’re returned to us when no longer needed.Just a gentle reminder, if you don’t return our router, you’ll be charged a £50 fee.

Hence the post.
I have asked Plusnet to fix this.

Re: Router Return - Timescale

Fix

Just had a chat with plusnet. Basically the router needs to appear against the account details, however, they will email me confirmation that it has been returned.
