I have now been told that I'm to receive a cheque with 5 to 10 days.
Message was on 16th May, OK still time, guess how optimistic I'm feeling. 😒

If you have not received it within 10 working days
Whilst I understand your frustration, and don't seewhy it should take quite so long to send a cheque, I'm afraid the 10 working days quoted doesnt expire until next Thursday the 29th
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I am in the same position as several other members in the community. When you register the card they say that you will get an email but I am still waiting since april. You only have 3 months. Please help!

i have not receved my reword card i had contacted plusnet weeks ago and they were going to send me a cheq insted but i have not receved it

I have looked into this for you, and I see that you have already claimed the reward card. I apologize if you have not received it yet. Unfortunately, since the reward card has already been claimed, we are unable to follow up on the reward card for you. However, if you contact Blackhawk at 0344 800 6435, they should be able to help you further.

then I don't understand something because I got 2 emails 1 about the fact that m9ja service does not qualify for the bonus card although I have full Fiber 500 and 2 in which it is written that there was an error on my account because of you and that I will receive the card... Someone is cheating here
