I have checked our systems, and it appears that they were not sent. I have raised this with our Operations team so they can chase this down for you. Once I have had an update, I will be in touch.

@sg12004, I can see you have reached out to one of our agents, who has contacted the team themselves. Once the agent has received a response, they will be in touch.

Just to jump on the bandwagon, but I haven't received an email yet either. My broadband was activated on 7th April.

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.

I can't see any way to respond to that ticket, so I'm happy to discuss things here.

The ticket is saying that I signed up through a third-party site. I definitely remember coming direct, as I compared it to a cashback site and the deal wasn't as good there, so I came directly to plus.net and signed up there.

This is disgraceful. I see the problem has been fixed according to the message. So why no card, started 27th March, and not even the courtesy of a response to my email chasing this.

Hi @mbibby1968 thank you for getting back in touch with us. I'm sorry that you have not had an update regarding this case yet. Having reviewed the information sent to the escalations team, unfortunately, there has been no response from our contact on 29/04/2025. I have therefore chased this up for you. I should be getting some form of update within 48 hours. 

 

@wuppy Thank you for contacting us, as I am unable to find any previous threads, I have chased this up with our Rewards escalations team. Please allow me up to 48 hours in order to get a response.

 

@cleaverd Thank you for getting back in touch with us, I can confirm that the account we have is from a cashback site, which makes you not eligible for the reward offer. Please see further details on our website at the link below:

Hi @Marsh thanks for the reply. That's disappointing as I definitely did not go through the cashback site to sign up.

Can you tell me which site it was? I've checked all my accounts and nothing tracked. So I'm out the gift card and any cashback 🙁

You said give you 48 hours 4 days ago, nothing.
