Rewards card email not received

Hi,
I hope someone can help with this issue as I could see that many members had faced similar situation with their rewards card not being sent when joining through 3rd party websites. I am doing this early so not to be in this position later.
I signed up 1.5.2026 through a web comparison site which offered 100 pounds card.
My installation and service are complete now and runnning.
I have sent an email to purecard as per the FAQ guide and they informed me that they have no cards requested for me and no information linked to my account.
How can I make sure this is done correctly?
I wish someone can enlighten me.

I'd love to get this checked out for you. I can see that your account is showing tat you are eligible for a Rewards Card. Can I just double check when your broadband went active?

Yes it did went live on the 18.05.26 .
I wish you can help me to get this sorted out.

Thanks @Nouraldeen. You should receive an email with your voucher within 10 days of your service going live 🙂
