Rewards Card - No Email

Hi,

I joined Plusnet on March 13th, with activation occurring on the 18th. Since then, enough time has passed and I have yet to receive any email referencing my reward card that was offered when I signed up.

Can someone please chase this up for me?

I'm beging to think w have been had, going by the amount of people posting about the lack of a reward card.

I'm thinking of complaining to the ASA over the online advert on sign up promising a reward card

Yeah it’s pretty poor, I understand issues happening, but at such a consistent volume over a period of time and no fix has been implemented?

I can only hope that a staff member swings by my thread to look into it for me. Does anyone know another route to get this looked at?

I am sorry to hear you have not received the reward card yet. I have checked our systems, and it appears the email was not sent. However, I have raised this with our Operations team so they can chase this down for you. I should have an update within 5 working days. Once I have the update, I will let you know via email on your account.
