Signed up to plusnet full fibre that came with a reward card, this was a month ago it went live on the 21st of March.
However nothing has arrived in the post, and no email with details on how to apply ( if that is what is required) has arrived, there has been no communication about the rewaerd card from Plusnet , other than the advertised one when signing up

If you look at some of the other threads here e.g

You will see that there is an issue with sending the emails out.
I'm sure a staff member will be along shortly to check your status
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

One week later and still nothing, you said you have forwarded it to the "back office team"
Is there a back office team? or judging by all the other where is my reward card posts is the term back office just used in the hope that customers will forget?
Still all this reward card backlog must be building up a nice bit of interest in someones account somewhere, what will happen to the interest / extra proffit made as a result of the no show reward cards?
For each customer who is wating the interest wotn be a huge amount, however once you add it all up that soon olunts up, on this forum alone there are alomst 20 people reporting a no/missing reward card on the my order forum theres 10, and thats will be just scratching the surface.
The Interest gained on the reward card delays will be making a nice little earner / bonus for someone

Lee is out of the office and will be back on Thursday I have sent him a message in the meantime to check when he returns to work, in the meantime I would like to reassure you that no interest is being charged as the reward card it's a pre-paid debit card, therefore interest is not applied/charged.

Still no sign of any reward card, what happened to Lee, which particular Thursday would he be back in the office?
When I signed up on the Plusnet website there was a clear offer of a reward card , but nothing has arrived either via email or in the post.
The promotion had the appearance of a physical card that should have been delivered, the sign up process said includes reward card but there was nothing in the router and no subsequent letters with cards attached
My Broadband went live on the 21st of March 2025 and its now the 16th of May (2025 if the year is of relevance)

No sign of anything anywhere, junk, spam etc.
Just a message saying someone would look into it and get back in touch two weeks ago.
No one has got in touch and I'm guessing that no one called Lee ( or anything else) has looked into it

I have reviewed the account in full and I can confirm that you have signed up through a third party cashback site, as per our Terms and Conditions, when signing up on those you can only claim one of the rewards, our agreement with the third party is that the site pays you the cashback, further information can also be found by following this link: https://www.plus.net/broadband/cashback-and-vouchers-faqs/ I appreciate that this is not the answer you hoped for and sympathise, I can assure you that your feedback has been recorded for future.
I signed up via the plusnet website, i have used cashback in the past, the last time i had a payout on that was when i signed up with Now Broadband and had a cashback payout from that as well as the Now broadband sign up reward , since then i have had a lot of issues with chasback sites not tracking/taking the money etc.
So this time i signed up directly with plusnet, via the plusnet website at www.plus.net and not via a third party site The plusnet sign up page clearly stated includes a reward card
unfortunatly I didnt take a screenshot of the sign up page, but it looked like the one posted here:
I do have a few browser add ons for things like easy fundrasing where online purchses result in local groups/charitys getting a small donation for online purchases /sign ups and these run silently in the backgound on my browser.
However my sign up to plusnet was directly on the plusnet website, and there was no mention of having to disable any such add ons, just with a £50 reward card plain and simple, as stated on the plusnet website through whichj i used to sign up.

the plusnet site said with a reward card, no attention was drawn to any requirement to do anything esle and that was taken in good faith that a reward card would be posted/sent out as ststed on the sign up when wigning up via the plusnet website
the terms under who is eligable are below, and i can not see anything in there that would rule me out, the "channel" used to sign up with plusnet was with www.plus.net
You can only claim a reward if you've completed an order (taking a Plusnet Reward or Cashback deal). Changing to a different product or deal during sign up may mean you're no longer eligible for the reward, or you're eligible for a different reward. There may be different eligibility criteria, e.g. a requirement to sign up online, but we'll tell you about these when we offer each Plusnet Reward.
Sometimes, different Plusnet Rewards are available through different channels (e.g. whether you sign up directly via our website, or via one of our partner's sites).
If you try to sign up for multiple Plusnet Rewards you'll only be entitled to one (normally the last one you've chosen). We reserve the right to refuse to provide any Plusnet Rewards if we think you're deliberately trying to claim for multiple rewards.
