Reward card

I signed up on 28th July for Full Fibre 900 with my eventual activation date being 17th November. Part of the sign up offer was a reward card ( can't remember the value ). I currently have received no communication mentioning the reward card. How long should I normally have to wait?

You should normally receive the initial claim email within 10 working days of the connection going live. If that was the 17th , then its not quite 10 working days yet.

Just an additional query. I signed up through Quidco and there was cashback on offer as well as the reward card. The cashback has also been declined by Plusnet and they don't accept queries for declined cashback. Anybody else have this issue. Thanks

One NEVER gets a partner reward AND a Plusnet award.

Phoned today looking for an update on the reward card situation. A few more issues have came out of this call as apparently I'm not due one.
1/ I've been told that since I signed up via a 3rd party (Quidco) it would be them that provide the reward card. Does this seem correct as both they and other sites both still advertise cashback and reward card offers but explicitly stated that the reward card is subject to Plusnet Ts & Cs.
2/ Should it not be more obvious that both cashback and rewards can't be claimed. Feels very misleading especially since both amounts are deducted to give a final comparison cost for the lifetime of the contract. I also understand that you should never assume you will definitely receive cashback however was more relying on plusnet sticking to their side of the bargain.
3/ Feels very much like Plusnet put the onus on the customer to prove things. The only thing I have from them mentioning rewards is a random email saying they had saved my deal which arrived 3 minutes after I received my contract summary email. This takes you to a deal with a different price that I'm paying and a £150 reward card.
4/ I have contacted Quidco as I know it was done properly as the cashback tracked from the order date of 28/7 until it declined on 1st October. Could this be something to do with the delay on installation ( completed 17/11 )

Apologies for the long winded rant. Just feeling a bit frustrated. Appreciate the help so far
