Reward card

I have not yet received my reward card, when I signed up the telephone operator incorrectly input my email address which I then had to go in a manually change. Will this affect anything? If not can you help me with getting the reward please many thanks.

Welcome to the community.

It could have an impact if the updated email address has not gone through for the reward card redemption.

When was it you signed up for the broadband and when did you connection go live?

Hi, my service went active 17/11/2025 and I signed up on 01/10/2025. How/when can I get the voucher please?

It can take up to 10 working days from the activation date for the initial email to claim the reward card to come through. We'll need to give it that time to see if it does come through successfully.

If you've not received it after 10 working days and there is nothing in your junk or spam folder, pop another comment here and we can take some details to chase it for you.
