Reward card

Hello Plusnet, 

I switched my broadband to Plusnet claiming the reward card offer and switch was completed in mid September. 

However I have not received any communication regarding the reward card. Can you please help?

Did you recieve the link to claim your Plusnet reward? This would've been sent to the email address you registered with within 10 days of your service being activated.

No I have not received any email to claim the plusnet reward.
