Signed up in Feb - correspondence confirming due £115 reward card - still not received.

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the Reward Card yet, I have now escalated this case to our Rewards and Cashback team, please allow up to 5 working days for a response to be provided and once received, we will be back in touch with you.
