Reward card link not recieved

Hi. I signed up for Full Fibre 900 over 10 working days ago now - and haven’t recieved any correspondence as towards my £175 gift card I was promised? I signed up through Uswitch. (Nothing in junk mail/ spam etc).. could anybody assist me, please?
