Reward card email not received

It’s now been over 10 days since my broadband was activated and I’m yet to receive my reward email, please can I get some assistance?

You'll normally receive an email within 10 working days of your service being activated.

Iv just had an email from purecard saying they still haven’t received my details to even issue the claim email. They said once they receive my details I will be sent the email within 48 hours. It’s day 8 now and they still haven’t received my details to even issue the email within 10 days.
