Reward Email Not Received

I have not received the £75 reward email when i setup 29/08/2019 but ive still not received any information on the reward card.

I'm sorry you haven't received the claim email. I've checked our cashback provider's system and it is showing as sent on 4th September a 12:02am. To save time, I've filled out the claim form on your behalf using the details to your account with us, that's been accepted and the reward card should be with you in the next 30 days.
