Reward Card

Starting a thread here as the phone support booted me while I was on hold.  I have yet to receive the email regarding my reward card.  It's been over 10 business days since service activation.

I'm sorry to hear you've not had your Reward, and that your call dropped when you were on hold. I'd recommend reaching back out to the team so they can help you get this sorted.

@falo209 Seems to suggest that they went through the normal channels which failed them and they have come here for additional assistance.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Well, after getting sent the wrong email, I've now been told that it has been redeemed and is on the way.  I'm not exactly holding my breath.

Your confidence seems unfounded given a) that hasn't happened and b) your response to being informed of that in DMs was "oh well, here's a copypasta with an email address for you to contact".  Bear in mind this is after me 1. calling support 30 days after my connection to chase this 2) being assured over DM on here that it had been dealt with.   Let me be blunt - my experience of Plusnet support as a new customer so far is awful.  Lots of promises, 0 delivery.

I’ve been waiting 6 weeks and all they do is ask me to wait for this date
