Reward Card - no redemption email?

Signed up for Plusnet on 23rd March - service has now been live for a month and received second bill. Haven't had any emails through from Plusnet or Purecard etc. (both in my inbox and in spam) - please could someone confirm when I should expect to receive this?

I'm sorry to hear you have not received the claiming email yet, having reviewed the account I can confirm that the offer is applied. With this in mind I have raised this case with our Rewards escalations team, and as soon as I have a response I will contact you back.
