Reward Card claim link not working

I received an email with a link to claim my reward card this morning, but the link in the email doesn't work, and nor does the link to FAQ or help, they all go to www.plusnetrewards.com and all I get on this weblink or any of the links is:

This page isn’t working

If the problem continues, contact the site owner.

HTTP ERROR 464

I have no option to proceed or click through anyway as I have seen some can do even though it says insecure, just this message and a reload button which does nothing.  I have tried 3 different browsers including incognito, and on my Android phone on both mobile data and wifi.  Nothing is working so hoping someone can help please.  Thank you.

We've had a check of this at our end and managed to get this sorted out for you.

Please keep an eye on your emails, and your rewards card should be sent within the next 30 days 😊

I was activated 8th May 2026 and received the email 2 days ago and the link doesn't work on mine.

I've arranged for this to be sent to you by post. This can take up to 30 days.
