I recently joined plusnet, ordering my broadband package on the 22nd of May and receiving my installation the 11th of June. A substantial reason for joining plusnet, and selecting a two year contract, was the promise of a £50 reward card which I expected to receive within 10 working days of my broadband activation date. Despite this, I still haven’t received any information on the reward card.
I’ve had no issues with my broadband other than this, and would love to know if anybody else had issues finding reward card information at the start of their contract.
