Reward Card Email Not Recieved

Hi Team,

 

Just checking in on when I should recieve the email for my reward gift card? I signed up on 20/03/25 and opted for the boosted offer of £80 for my standard fibre service.  Please see the attached screenshot which shows the T&C for the offer being valid for any customer signing up before 02/04/25

Not in any rush, just want to make sure it is not forgotten about and miss out after the 60 day deadline.

Hey there @elmunkeee  Thank you for taking the time to contact us on our Community Forum, I hope this message finds you well.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your reward card yet, I have raised this with our Rewards Escalation team to check what has gone wrong as you should have received the claiming email by now, we did have an incident last month where reward cards were not sent out and there are some accounts that may have slipped through the net.

 

As soon as I have a response from the escalation team I will contact you to let you know what's happening, this can take up to 5 working days, in the meantime to put your mind at ease, I can confirm that the offer is applied to the account. 

 

Please let me know if there's anything else I may look into for you
