Review this Question link in PN email

I called in with question about my account and the CS lady said I would get specific info sent to my main email address. Previous times I have called in there was no need for any _specific_ info to be sent but as usual there is always an email wrt the call-in titled "We've opened questionxxxxxx on your account".

Looking at this new arrival I see the the name of the CS lady and there is the boxed link [Review this Question]. There is _no_attachment.

Pasting the boxed link into a new Tab I have to login to Member Centre and what I see just shows the same content as the email, no other info about the actual question.

I did a search before this and a post referred to the "bell icon" on my dashboard. This had (2) adjacent but clicking it just gave 2 offers on deals.

This is first time I have invoked the [review question] box link and surprised there is nothing about the question.

Any suggestions please.

@fishtank

Just to as the obvious - have you logged into your Member's page before trying to view any Open questions on your Account?

@fishtank

use this link https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search to search for tickets on your account

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Err, this sentence in my original "Pasting the boxed link into a new Tab I have to login to Member Centre and what I see just shows the same content as the email".

Unless you think I should do a login first _before_ I use the email login link.

Sorry to be dim, but if I use your link does that give a "Search box" where I put in the number related to the Question?

@fishtank

You will see this, there will be a list of Open Questions with a search for Closed Questions

I would do a login first - then look at the link.

Re: Review this Question link in PN email

Well, like using the link from the email as I mentioned in original post, that makes me log in to Member Centre and certainly the page is different and shows as you provide in your last post.  thank you.

However, what I see by clicking on "view" for the relevant number or going into the "Closed in last 7 days" is exactly the same content as the email - just about opening the question and the CS assistant involved.

If it depends on what the Question _is_, would one expect to see an answer or even continue a dialog thread there?

I'm err, fishing here because never needed to do that link or follow up a Question - possibly some years ago I just called in again to check for an answer.
