Restrictions

My direct debit failed due to switching banks and awaiting a new card to pay. I have pressed to loft restrictions but I won't harly let me on anything and comes up with failed billing all the time.

I have done this. Its letting me access some sites but mainly I'm getting failed billing message won't let me access any apps on my TV. Won't even let me on the plus net account page
