Restrictions on account

Restrictions on my account even tho 14 day period to pay is only half way, trying to complete uni work and keep getting redirected to Plusnet. WiFi works on my phone but not my computer or TV can’t even acces Plusnet website via WiFi very unhappy as was also told I had 2 months free broadband which seems to have not happened. Can you please get these restrictions removed today and bill is being paid Friday
