Restricted again

Just thought I'd let you know that i'm restricted again...

 

I thought this problem was fixed

Hi @Menace65

 

I'm sorry to hear that your account has been restricted prematurely. I have removed the restrictions for you now. Therefore you should have full access to your services.

 

I'm afraid as it stands this issue is still unresolved, but we hope to have a fix rolled out soon. In the meantime we are happy to support you on here.

Thanks, but I'm still restricted , I did reset my Hub. maybe I shouldn't have done that.

I have TV to Watch,  I can't whilst I'm restricted.. Tongue

 

@Satss  Can you presss the 'magic' button please. I can't go this long without TV! it's been over an hour. I've started to look at Clothing Catalogues.....

Lift the restrictions, I can't get to the ack and continue web page, due to your crappy server setup, how many companies do you know that block their own customers.

 

I know I should pay my bill on time, but as you know times are hard, even I would work for plusnet, to make ends meet!

 

@Satss  lied to me. about lifting restrictions, if I don't get to watch any TV tonight, god help you plusnet....

I shall seek compensation for lack of a fully functional internet service. if I don't have a fully functional internet service by 5pm tomorrow evening, then I expect  you to deduct a day from my bill. and if not by the following day then two days, then three ect..
