Request a copy of your Pre-Contract Information and Contract Summary documents

I've just received a Plusnet email (see attached) saying I can request a copy of my 'Pre-Contract Information and Contract Summary documents', as they unable to supply this information when I started my recent contract.

So I phoned the Plusnet and requested this information (It would have been easier if I could respond to the email saying "yes, please" !), and have just received a link to the requested documents, but unfortuately the link doesn't work.

Any thoughts on what I should do now Huh

We’re you logged into the member centre when you clicked the link?

I believe you need to be.

I have just received the same email following my recontract in June 2022.

I am yet to decide my course of action and my contract expires in December this year.

The implementation of the in-contract price rise becomes questionable since we were obviously not prewarned of the rise.

There are several questions that need answering before I make my decision.

Yes, I was logged into the Member Centre, but it still doesn't work.

I've now raised a Complaint to Plusnet, asking them to email the 'Pre-Contract Information and Contract Summary documents', which would have been sensible solution in the first place !

I've received a new link to the Pre-Contract Information and Contract Summary documents which worked, so problem finally solved.

Thanks Adam Walker
