Renewed contract

Hello all!

I’ve renewed my contract for 12 months, however my contract was due to end on Feb 10th but now states the new contract will begin 15th December, any idea whether I will have any fees to pay for having a new contract before the previous one ended?

Also as I’ve heard about the new Hub 2, would this apply as I’ve entered a new contract?

There will be no cancellation charge for starting a new contract early. If you want a Hub 2 you have to ring and request one when you renew. Renewing on line will not get you one automatically. Try ringing 0800 013 2632 and see if they will send you one. You have to pay P&P of £7.99.
