Renewal price higher than new customer offer – can this be matched?

Hi,
I’ve been offered a renewal for Full Fibre 145 at £27.99/month.
I can see the same package advertised at £24.99/month for new customers.
I’d like to renew, but only if I can get the £24.99 monthly price on a 24-month contract.
Can you advise if this is possible?
(Sorry, I'm unable to make phone calls at the moment, hence using the forum, which I know isn't ideal, but I couldn't find a live chat button anywhere.)

@leehamilton51 If you want to get the 'new customer' - or possibly better price, you will need to contact the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 - there is no email/live chat facility.
