Refund

Hi,

i recently received a downtime credit of over £100.00. Does anybody know if its possible to have this refunded to my bank account?

From what I can see the credit we've applied was for automatic compensation and in this case we wouldn't be able to refund it to your bank account I'm afraid. We have a good guide here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/automatic-compensation/ which explains in more detail all about the compensation scheme we're signed up to.
