Hi, on 14 July 2020 I signed up to PlusNet, then on 15 July 2020 I called your Customer Service and cancelled my order. I received confirmation of the cancellation by email and also by letter a few days later. Your Customer Service rep said I would be refunded my upfront payment of £18.99 which I paid using my credit card. It’s been over 3 weeks now and I still haven’t received the refund.
