Product change not completed?

Hello,

I swapped my product from fibre to fibre extra, it was supposed to be changed on the 11th but there hasn’t been any confirmation, the speeds are the same and my account is showing the following:

An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

Hi there,

I've had a look and I can see the product change is going through with our suppliers for 19.04.22 before midnight.

Appreciate these normally take 24 hours but for one reason or another, I've been noticing that they're taking a week atm. 

Really sorry for the delay. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
