Postal address changed and mangled by PN - why?

Received an email at 06:06 this morning from Plusnet Support, title "You've updated your personal details."
No I haven't!
Have PN let some AI address checker loose?

The change was to my postal address, and has changed it from my valid address to a mangled mess.
Dropping the name of my flats and dropping the street-number.
As there are *four* Flat 1's in my postcode, the resulting address is now ambiguous/invalid.

If I now log on to my account and click Offers and Upgrades, it now asks me to pick my address from those in my postcode (so it recognises the mangled address is invalid).

Address can't be changed online, so that would have to be a call to CS.
PN really do seem to be losing the plot 😞
