I feel cheated because I signed up only because there was a £75 mastercard cashback offer but have been told that because it didn't track I am not going to get it. I used a moneysavingexpert link and 100% remember clicking through it. I would never have signed up for plusnet if it wasn't for this offer.
Why are you doing this? I feel cheated into signing up for broadband (this is the third problem I have had with plusnet so far) only for you to turn around and say no, it didn't track, so you don't get it. But it's not my problem, it's a problem with the way you record it!
I would like to complain about this and actually, to get my cashback.
