Plusnet Reward Card

I signed up for a new package on 26th September and still haven't received my reward card (checked spam/junk emails). I emailed plusnet@purecard.com two weeks ago and they did not respond. I've called purecard up today and they have no record of any card and asked me to call Plusnet. I then called Plusnet and they are now asking me to wait another two weeks to hear back from them...

Has anyone else actually received their cards or is has this become some kind of wild goose chase they just expect us to give up on?

Did you receive a "claim your reward" email 10 or so days after the service went live?

Did you sign up DIRECT on Plusnet's website, or over the phone, rather than via a third-party price comparison site?  Your route to signing up can impact how your 'reward' is processed and paid-out.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Over the phone - the reward was discussed at the time and is in the contract documents. No email has been sent.

If it’s recorded in the call, it should be rectifiable.
