Changing or adding a payment method is broken!

Any good online supplier should make it easy for a customer to part with their money!

How come, when I try to 'Change payment method' on my Plusnet account I get a totally useless 'There has been an issue, Please consult your system administrator' message! This shows lazy programming and a disconnect from the reality of customer experience!

Do you get the Update Payment Method screen displayed ... and the fail sometime afterwards?

Were you logged in and left it such for a while and return to the portal?

Try the forced logout option (top right) and try again.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
