Am getting :
Please wait until we’ve finished updating your phone service before making another change.
When checking on my account (was checking if any possible upgrades at this time).
Can this be looked into as not put any orders for phone service.

This is a known glitch. You need a member of staff to clear it.
Either wait and hope one spots this thread or phone Support.
