Phone order stuck

Could someone check my account please? I requested a change to our phone package at least a year ago now (believe it was just something like adding an additional feature to the existing one) and ever since then there has been a banner on the main account page saying "An error has occurred, You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress", and "Please wait until we’ve finished updating your phone service before making another change" when trying to check available offers and deals.

You will need a staff member to sort this - the (supposedly) automatic method of clearing this message on completion of account changes is totally broken - or it could be BT's B2B system at fault.

Whichever it is, it needs sorting, but don't hold your breath.
