Hi,
Normally payments are taken from our account on the 24th via DD. This month doesn't appear to have gone and i noticed it says Part-Paid on the customer portal.
Is there an issue we need to be made aware of?
account - senadhira
Thanks

Hi squirrel,
I've had a look into this and it looks like the payment is still being processed.
The Part-Paid bit is due to your referrals being processed on this invoice. We have been having some problems with referrals recently and it seems like things have been restored on your account so you've been provided all the referral discounts that you should've had if that makes sense?
It's nothing to worry about, it just means your bill is a lot lower this month!
