Overcharged for the past 2 months (Broadband)

It appears that Plusnet have doubled my broadband charge for the past 2 months?

Hi there,
I've taken a look over your account and the charges appear to be correct. When you signed up the first 3 months were discounted (the last of which was on September's bill), after this 3 months your price reverted to the Market 1 price for your product.
