Over charged?

Hi

I recently got my latest bill, Which is 39.66, It should be 27.50, The payment has been taken from my bank, I still have 2 months left on my current 18 month contract.

 

But i have signed up to a new contract with you From 11/04/2023, your monthly subscription will be £23.99 for 18 months.

same has happened to us. amended contract on 3/4/23; latest bill 19/04/23 is at old contract price.

perhaps pn hope no-one notices.

So spent 10 minutes on the phone ( mostly listening to muzak) but has been sorted. will get refund adjustment next month, and PN have also refunded the delivery charge for the new Hub 2 router which came with the change.

So i'm a much happier bunny 😎

Yup same here, renewed on 3/4/23… overcharged by 8.46 on first bill covering the period 6/4/23 - 6/5/23.

Phoned up and was assured I wouldn’t actually pay the extra as a credit was going to be applied to my account.

But…. no sign of the credit and the full amount was debited from my account Sad

Well I just logged into my account, to check if anything has changed, and the only thing that has changed is the amount of my current contract, it is now saying my next bill will be 47. 76, Which would be the price after my current 18 month contract ran out, which by the way has 2 months left.
But I did sign up for a new contract on the 10th of April.

Hi @towerblocks I'm really sorry for the incorrect billing, I'll get the discounts put right going forward. Would it be OK to credit off the over-payment so that it deducts from the next bill?

I don't mind if you credit off the next bill, but don't forget I signed up for a new 18 month contract on the 10th of April and that new contract started 11th of April.
