Over charged bill

Please may someone help me work out as to why I have been charged £39.38 for broadband (Invoice September 7 2024) when the usual monthly bill total is £28.39.
Break down of bill
Line rental £11.08
Line rental £28.63
Unlimited fibre extra : £11.64
Discounts £0.09
Discounts £0.24
The contract ends on the 22 Dec 2024.

@jdenwood1 I suspect, from the number of similar reports we have seen on here, that either the 'award winning'🤣 accounts system has thrown a hissy fit, or, to be a little cynical, the management have decided to start fleecing customers, and then making it hellishly difficult to claim recompense - 'it's better in our pocket than yours' kind of thing.
If you are lucky, a staff member may see this glaring error and try and rectify it, but you are probably better calling them.
