Hello, From November 2024 to June 2025 I have paid £416.83, which is in the the region of £200 too much.
For 7 of those months I have been charged double and would like this refunded please.

@pauldavidson584 Are you still in contract? When did your contract start, and how long was it for? Once your contract finishes, you are automatically charged the out-of-contract price, unless you negotiate a new one.
