Ongoing delays with Full Fibre upgrade since March

Hi,

I placed an order to upgrade to Full Fibre on 5th March 2025 and since then I’ve had nothing but delays. Around every 14 days I get an email/text saying BT can’t do the work and the installation date is pushed back another two weeks. This has been going on for over six months now with no progress.

Has anybody else had a similar experience?

Thanks,

Rik

Do they tell you why 'they can't do the work'? If not - ask them.

Yes last time I spoke with Plusnet the only info that BT had give them was "Requies ducting work"

@Rikjonno

To give us a starter for 10 have a look at the following.

https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL

What does it say to the right of WBC FTTP?

Below the results window that does it say about the FTTP install?

Is this what you mean?

"FTTP is available and a new ONT may be ordered."

@Rikjonno Take a  screenshot of that full page - obscuring your phone number - and attach it to a post, please.

When that gets released, we may be able to comment.

@Rikjonno

Images get moderated - although you can see it, we can't until it's released.

That screenshot - unfortunately, all 'pictures' posted on this forum have to 'approved' by a select few before anyone other than you can see them - which is why a number of us are very tempted to walk away from the Community as it currently exists - we are totally hobbled in our attempts to help.

@Rikjonno

You could try attaching it to a post using the paper clip below the reply window.

I think so, unless they've been nobbled by the same crazy Act.
