Old Globalnet Website

I have been asked by a friend to help remove an old globalnet website which is no longer used but is still visible online and contains personal data that has been requested be removed. He is the original owner and administrator of the site but has no idea how to access it anymore or who to contact to help get it taken down. He no longer has access to the globalnet mailbox nor any website/hosting control panels. His research shows that globalnet were acquired by PlusNet so I wonder if anyone can please assist with this?

Regaining access to the account / proving ownership of the account will need to be established first. He needs to call support and seek their assistance.

The business is not going to closed down a website without proving ownership.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
