Office is open 8 til 8 - it's half 6 and all I get is The office is now closed

I'm told Plusnet is available to speak to from 8am til 8pm. I've been calling since 6pm and I just get a recorded message (after being forced to listen to a recording about how important my call is or how I'm a valued customer or other trite stuff) saying the office is now closed.

I need to speak to someone because, although I paid online after an issue with my DD, the amount is showing up on my bank account as pending; PlusNet don't seem to have taken it but have seen fit to restrict my services. 

They can't get their opening hours sorted. They can'y answer their phones. They can't take my payment properly. But they can restrict my services properly. I can see where their priorities lie.

Which number were you calling @PlusUserYork? Have you been able to get in touch today?

I called today and resolved the issue.

I called these numbers - all repeatedly reported that "office is now closed". I was trying from around 5pm

I'm glad to hear that you managed to get things resolved in the end, which number was it you called today that worked?

Also at what point when calling would it fail? As soon as the call connected or at a different point?
